You participate in O-Ringen at your own risk. O-Ringen AB has taken out insurance for any circumstances that would affect all participants and the general public. Excepting this, O-Ringen AB cannot be held responsible for any injury you may suffer during the event.
O-Ringen participants must abide by the competition rules of the Swedish Orienteering Federation (SOFT) applicable at the time of the competition.
The right to start at O-Ringen and to take advantage of any services you have ordered is first recognised once a full payment has been submitted.
Registered entries to the competition are binding.
SportIdent cards version 5–11 can be used.
Registration of an entry to the competition is binding and entry fees cannot be refunded. You can take out Folksam’s STARTKLAR insurance, which covers refunds in some cases. More information and the opportunity to take out this insurance can be found at oringen.se/startklar.
Charges to support services are refunded when cancellation is made before 1 April of the year in question, subject to a cancellation fee of 110 SEK, which is subtracted from that amount. From 1 April inclusive, no fees will be refunded, however the services can be exchanged for other services of a corresponding value for the current year, subject to an exchange fee of 110 SEK.
Payment can be made by card (VISA/MasterCard) or by online bank transfer. You can find payment instructions when you register an entry or order services. After 1 July, payment can only be made by card (VISA/MasterCard).

Changes of name can only be made through direct contact with the O-Ringen organisation. If you change your entry to a class with a higher entry fee, you will be charged the difference between the two entry fees at the time when the original entry was registered. No part refunds will be issued for entry changes to classes with a lower entry fee.
Changes to participant information, classes and services managed by the participant themselves within the entry system (Eventor) are free of charge until 1 June inclusive. Changes to SportIdent numbers managed by the participant themselves within the entry system (Eventor) are free of change until 14 July inclusive. Entrants to elite classes who are not selected are transferred to the corresponding Elite 2 class (A for Trail-O). There will be no part refund of any resulting difference in entry fee.
