All the stages of O-Ringen Kolmården 2019 will take place in the spectacular terrain in the Kolmården area.
O-Ringen Kolmården 2019 will offer challenges for each and every competitor. Ranging from elite runners fighting for the final victory after five days, to those who want to challenge themselves from day to day, and the youngest kids having fun on the string course.

Here is a guide there to help you choose the right competition for you. There are competitions over five and three days. You can also choose to run single days.
New for 2019 is that the competition starts on Monday and the last stage is Saturday!
For the top runners in the world. Classes DH18E, DH20E and DH21E. The start fields are selected based on ranking.
Main & Short Classes
This is the classic competition type at O-Ringen. Age and gender classes from DH 10 to DH 95 will be available, as well as Introduction and Youth classes.
Recreational (Motion) Classes
Easier and shorter courses were the classes are divided by age and gender.
Compete with whomever you want on a course you select for yourself. Choose the length and difficulty that suits you and challenge a friend. Classes are assigned by course and open for all ages and genders.
Competition over five days in mountain bike orienteering. Classes between DH12 and DH70.

For those who want to be ready for the maps and terrain of O-Ringen. The training race is available for Foot-O and MtbO.
