It's past 2pm on Saturday afternoon and not so many runners anymore on their way to the finish line in Arena Döderhultsdalen.

A big thank you to all of you who ran, cheered or otherwise participated in O-ringen and visited us on the Småland coast.

You have been around 20,000 people from 1,000 orienteering clubs from 43 countries. You have fought on our slopes in Rosenfors and on our rock slabs by the coast. You have run in our blueberry bush and some of you have been blue around your mouth after the races.

You have praised our maps, our courses and our terrain. You have been unwary and missed our tricky controls. Many of you have run well, won, maybe even won overall. The vast majority of you have been happy and satisfied regardless of the results.

You have praised our opening ceremony, visited our bathing areas and spoken well of our beautiful city Oskarshamn. Thank you so much for letting us arrange for you!
