We really appreciate that there is such a great commitment!

Most of the answers are in line with what we "thought" but it is always good to have confirmation that you participants are of the same opinion. Constantly developing and trying to improve O-Ringen is important to constantly give both participants and officials an even better experience!

We notice from your answers that it may not be the inauguration, ceremonies and entertainment that you prioritize the most, but it is still an important part of the overall experience, but we will both change and develop this already in Gothenburg. For example, in 2026 we will have a shorter inauguration ceremony and we will also continue to streamline our award ceremonies - however, we think it is important to continue celebrating at O-Ringen, so we will do that in the future too! It is all this together that creates the O-Ringen feeling!

Speaking of celebrating, we come to the question of why the short classes are included in the award ceremony. For us, the answer is obvious. The short classes are Competition classes and they are therefore treated in the same way as all other competition classes. Winning a stage victory at O-Ringen is a big day for many and we want it to continue to be that way in the future - regardless of whether you compete in the main class or the short class. Then most people are probably well aware that the competition in the main classes is tougher. But a victory is a victory!

Indoor is far down the "importance scale", but still many of you participate every year - over 1,500 people every year. Indoor is not available in all locations in the country, so to give more people the chance to try out this intensive technical branch, we offer the opportunity to do it at O-Ringen as a fun experience.
However, we will take your views into account and look at how we can perhaps develop the indoor experience even more and perhaps also for more people!

The program magazine - the need for two versions (digital and paper) remains - we will continue with both! And of course we will also keep the fabric labels!

Below you can see a summary of the responses (only avaliable in Swedish).
