During O-Ringen Åre 2023, there are competitions for everyone, ranging from elite runners fighting for the final victory after three or five days, to those who challenge themselves in different classes as well as children and adults who are beginners.
Here is a guide that will help you choose the right competition for you. There are competitions over five and three days. You can also choose to run individual days.
For the top runners in the world. The start fields are selected based on ranking and divided into six classes: D18 Elite, H18 Elite, D20 Elite, H20 Elite, D21 Elite och H21 Elite.
To compete in orienteering over five days / stages is the cornerstone and origin of O-Ringen. That's how it all started in 1965 and that's how most people still participate today.

The Para-I class is aimed at people with an intellectual disability. The Para-I course has green difficulty and is approximately 2 km.

The 3-days competition is created for you who want to experience everything an O-Ringen entails, but for various reasons can not participate in all five stages. We offer a range of Open classes.
