Para-I

The Para-I class is aimed at people with an intellectual disability, i.e. IQ below 75. This corresponds to going to a special school or having support from LSS. No parasport license is required to participate.

The Para-I course has green difficulty and is approximately 2 km. There is foot orienteering on all five stages, which means that accessibility is not adapted for people who move around using a wheelchair or other mobility aids.

The Para-I class is open to all ages. There is a free start time on all stages and timing is done with SportIdent. Participants may be accompanied by a leader/adult/friend along the course.
