Changes and replacements

How do you change an existing booking?

If you want to participate in a different class than the one you signed up for, have changed club, or want to sell your entry and thus need to change name, you can get help from our booking service to arrange it.

The easiest way is to email oringen@bynordiq.se and state what you want changed. For fastest handling, your email should include

  • What you want changed
  • Your booking number (found in the email with the booking confirmation)
  • That you are aware that the change entails a change fee
  • Change fee & terms

Change fee & terms

Note that changes from May 1st involve a change fee of SEK 200. The fee applies to all changes to a booking that are made at the same time. In addition to the change fee, when changing classes, you may have to pay the difference between the fee for the class you are registered in and the fee for the class you are changing to if the latter has a higher fee.
