Bagheera Youth relay

This relay takes place in conjunction with the opening ceremony. It is a competition between club teams. Young athletes get the chance to run in front of a large crowd during the relay. It is an exciting competition and a fast-paced battle among young orienteers from all corners of the globe.

The Bagheera Youth Relay starts at 4:00 PM on Sunday, July 25, and takes place in conjunction with the opening ceremony.

Team composition

One class is offered, for teams containing both girls and boys and running four total legs as follows:

Leg 1: Boys up to and including H16

Leg 2: Girls up to and including D14

Leg 3: Boys up to and including H14

Leg 4: Girls up to and including D16

The teams must be composed of teams from the Swedish club, teams from the club / circuit of other Nordic countries or teams from the club / circuit / national of other countries. Mixed teams are allowed.

(Girls are allowed to run all legs.)

Registration for the Bagheera Relay opens on May 1, 2027, and the first registration deadline is June 27.
