How do you change an existing booking?

Change your SI-card?

If you want to change your registered SI-card, you can do it yourself, free of charge, when we open it up in July.

Until then, you are welcome to change the card number if you are making other changes anyway.

Change class, club, or name?

If you want to participate in a different class than the one you signed up for, have changed club, or want to sell your entry and thus need to change name, you can in most cases do those changes by yourself online (you will find link and username/password in your booking confirmation) or if needed get help from our booking service to arrange it.

In the email with the booking confirmation, there is a link to my pages, it is a large green button with the text Manage my booking. When you click on it, a page with information about the booking will open. Scroll down to and click on Change my booking, then Change booking. You will then go to a shopping cart, just click Continue and you will see all the information you have entered, including class. Change it to be correct, click Continue and on the last page click Confirm booking.

If you want to switch between different categories (e.g., elite class, age class (including short classes and recreational classes), open class, or stage start) you need help from our booking service, you can reach them at oringen@bynordiq.se. Include your booking number in the email for easier handling.

To get in contact with our booking service email oringen@bynordiq.se and state what you want changed. For fastest handling, your email should include

• What you want changed
• Your booking number (found in the email with the booking confirmation)
• That you are aware that the change entails a change fee
